Attendee Registration
The registration fee covers entrance to scientific sessions and exhibits, admission to the Opening Night Welcome Reception and the IMMUNOLOGY 2015™ Gala, and the meeting program book distributed on site.

Notice to NIH and other Federal Government Employees
Employees of the federal government who have applied to their agencies for approval to attend IMMUNOLOGY 2015™ (AAI Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA, May 8-12) but have not received approval by the early registration deadline (March 23, 2015) should contact meetings@aai.org for assistance. Include in your email:
- full name
- registration category (Regular or Student)
- agency/institute, and
- date of your approval request.
Undergraduate, High School Student, High School Teacher Registration
Undergraduate students, high school students, and high school teachers will receive free registration at the meeting. Participants must register on site in New Orleans. Registration will not be accepted in advance. To receive a complimentary registration on site, please bring a student/teacher ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisor, principal, or teacher. We request that high school students be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. Appropriate behavior by all students is required.
Graduate Student Registration (including all AAI Student Members)
You must have a department head or research advisor certify your student eligibility. If registering online, enter the name and e-mail address of your department head whom AAI may contact to certify your eligibility. If registering at the meeting, bring your student ID card or a letter signed by your department head. "Student" will be indicated on your badge. Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns, and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member or nonmember rate.
Press Registration
Press badges are complimentary to pre-approved members of the working press with appropriate press credentials and to freelance writers bearing a letter of assignment from an editor. (Letters of assignment must appear on the publication's official letterhead.) To register, please send a copy of your letter of assignment along with your contact information to meetings@aai.org.
Approved press pass holders are asked to provide AAI with copies of all articles written about IMMUNOLOGY 2015™.
Complimentary passes will not be issued to representatives from allied fields (public relations, public information, public affairs, scholarly journals or publishers). These individuals may register online for the appropriate registration fee.
Refunds
A $50 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from all refunds issued for registration cancellations. Refund requests must be submitted in writing, include the registrant's confirmation number, and be received by April 6, 2015. Refunds will not be issued after April 6.
