General Information
Children at IMMUNOLOGY 2015™
Children age 13 and older are welcome to attend IMMUNOLOGY 2015™ if accompanied by a registered adult. Children under age 13 may not attend and are prohibited from entry into the Exhibit Hall, session rooms, or hallways in the meeting area. No children will be allowed entry into social events. High school students (age 13 and older) attending the meeting accompanied by a registered adult will receive complimentary registration. Students must provide a school ID to register. High school teachers are also welcome to attend and will receive complimentary registration with proper ID. We request that students be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. Appropriate behavior by all students is required.
Child Care
Onsite child care will not be provided during IMMUNOLOGY 2015™. If you require a childcare provider during the meeting, you may contact your hotel concierge for recommendations*. Attendees are advised to make such inquiries in advance of the meeting.

Mothers' Room
A dedicated room is available to accommodate mothers who are nursing. Located near Attendee Registration, this room is provided as a convenience for registered attendees.
Continuing Medical Education (CME)
Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits are NOT offered for this meeting. AAI, however, adheres to conflict-of-interest policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. AAI requires all speakers at AAI-sponsored meetings or programs to inform their audiences of their academic and professional affiliations, and to disclose any significant financial interests or other relationships they may have with the manufacturer(s) of any commercial product(s) discussed in their presentation. This information is required to be provided by speakers and is included in the back of the Scientific Program.
Disabilities & Special Services

The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center provides service ramps to entrances and elevated areas, an array of passenger elevators, restroom facilities for the disabled, brailed instructions/directions at strategic locations throughout the building, and pay phones located at each level of the facility with (TDD) hearing-impaired functions. Wheelchairs also are available upon request.
The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is ADA compliant.

Press
Complimentary press badges allowing entry into scientific sessions will be provided to pre-approved members of the working press with appropriate press credentials and to freelance writers bearing a Letter of Assignment from an editor. Letters of Assignment must appear on official letterhead. To register, please send a copy of your press credentials and/or Letter of Assignment along with your contact information to meetings@aai.org in advance of the meeting, and no later than April 15.
Approved press pass holders are asked to provide AAI with copies of all articles written about IMMUNOLOGY 2015™.
