Sponsorship of Abstract
All abstracts require sponsorship by a Regular AAI Member in good standing. If you cannot find a member who meets the necessary requirements, please send a copy of your abstract to meetings@aai.org and we will help locate a sponsor.
Poster Board Dimensions
The poster-board surface area is 3'9" high and 3'9" wide. Be sure to note these dimensions for you will not be permitted to extend into another presenter's space.

Notification of Programming
Notifications to submitting (first) authors will be sent early in March 2015.
Notifications include:
- Title, date, and time of sessions in which abstract has been programmed
- Format of presentation (oral and poster, or poster only)
- Program number
- Presentation time
Co-authors will not receive notifications.
Publication of Abstracts
All abstracts selected for presentation and publication will be available on the IMMUNOLOGY 2015™ meeting website in April 2015. At that time, all information is considered public.
